Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp dill pickle relish (optional, for extra dill flavor)
  • Fresh dill sprigs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Slice the cucumber into 1/4-inch thick rounds and arrange them on a serving platter.
  • In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), fresh dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and well-combined.
  • For extra dill flavor, stir in the dill pickle relish if using.
  • Spoon or pipe a dollop of the creamy dill mixture onto each cucumber slice.
  • Garnish with fresh dill sprigs if desired.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
