This Easter Swirl Pie is a colorful, no-bake dessert featuring a creamy cheesecake base swirled with vibrant pastel shades—perfect for spring or Easter celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • Food coloring (pastel colors: pink, yellow, blue, purple)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is fluffy and smooth.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly into 4 small bowls.
  5. Add a few drops of different food coloring to each bowl and mix until you reach desired pastel shades.
  6. Spoon dollops of each colored mixture randomly into the graham cracker crust.
  7. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the colors together to create a marbled effect—do not overmix.
  8. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  9. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • You can make this a day ahead—it sets better overnight.
  • Use gel food coloring for more vibrant colors without thinning the mixture.
  • Decorate the top with Easter sprinkles or candy eggs if desired.
