These 2-Ingredient Lemon Bars are a quick and easy dessert combining fluffy angel food cake with tangy lemon pie filling. Perfect for a light, citrusy treat with minimal effort.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of angel food cake mix (one-step, just-add-water type)
  • 1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, making sure it reaches up the sides. Lightly grease the parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the angel food cake mix and lemon pie filling. Gently fold together until well combined, keeping the batter light and airy.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, lift out using parchment, cut into squares, and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
