This Easy Baked Ranch Chicken recipe is a simple and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken breasts seasoned with ranch dressing mix, then baked to juicy perfection. It’s a perfect weeknight dinner requiring minimal ingredients and effort.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts.
  4. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper evenly over the chicken.
  5. Rub the seasonings into the chicken to coat them evenly.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.

  • For extra juicy chicken, marinate with the seasoning and olive oil for 30 minutes before baking.
