Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread (preferably thick-cut white or whole wheat)

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tbsp dried parsley)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
