This Easy S’mores Dessert Dip is a quick and fun treat that brings all the flavors of classic s’mores without the need for a campfire. With layers of melted chocolate, gooey marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers, it’s perfect for dipping and sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow creme (or 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows)
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (plus extra for serving)
  • Graham crackers, cookies, or fruit for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the chocolate chips evenly in an oven-safe dish or skillet.
  3. Dollop marshmallow creme over the chocolate chips, or scatter mini marshmallows on top.
  4. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the marshmallow layer.
  5. Bake for about 10–12 minutes, or until the chocolate is melted and the marshmallows are golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately with graham crackers, cookies, or fruit for dipping.

Notes

  • For a toasted top, broil for the last 1–2 minutes but watch carefully to prevent burning.
  • You can use mini marshmallows instead of marshmallow creme for a more traditional s’mores texture.
  • Best served warm straight out of the oven.
