Ingredients

For the Parmesan Pasta:

  • 8 oz (225 g) fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  • Prepare the Chicken: Toss chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet with olive oil and butter for 4-6 minutes, then add garlic and cook for another minute. Set the chicken aside.
  • Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add heavy cream. Stir in Parmesan cheese, nutmeg (optional), salt, and pepper. Mix in the reserved pasta water to adjust consistency.
