This ginger turmeric herbal tea is a soothing, anti-inflammatory drink made with fresh ginger root, turmeric root, and optional lemon and honey. It’s perfect for boosting immunity and calming the body.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh turmeric root
  • 1 lemon wedge (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste (optional)
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Combine grated ginger and turmeric with water in a saucepan.
