Fudgy and moist Greek yogurt chocolate brownies made with simple ingredients for a healthier twist on a classic dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sweetener or sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix until fully combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and smooth the top evenly.
  6. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
