This Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip is a healthy, protein-packed twist on classic ranch dip. Made with Greek yogurt and a blend of herbs and spices, it’s creamy, flavorful, and perfect for dipping veggies, chips, or spreading on sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (to taste)
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons milk (as needed to thin the dip)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt.
  2. Add the lemon juice and stir to combine.
  3. If desired, add a small amount of milk to reach your preferred dip consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more lemon juice or salt to taste.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.

Notes

  • The dip will thicken slightly as it chills—add milk just before serving if needed.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Use fresh herbs in place of dried for a different flavor profile—just triple the amount.
