Grilled Cheese Skewers are a fun, bite-sized twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich. Perfectly toasted bread and melted cheese are threaded onto skewers, making them ideal for dipping in tomato soup or your favorite sauce. Easy to make, customizable, and perfect for parties, snacks, or lunch!

Ingredients

  • Bread (white, whole wheat, or sourdough)
  • Cheese (American, sharp cheddar, mozzarella, or provolone)
  • Butter
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  • Butter one side of each bread slice. Place cheese on the unbuttered side, and top with another slice of bread. Press to compact.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Grill sandwiches, buttered side down, for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Cool slightly.
  • Cut sandwiches into bite-sized squares and thread them onto skewers.
  • Serve with tomato soup, ranch, or any preferred dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Customize fillings with tomatoes, bacon, or avocado for extra flavor.
  • You can prepare these ahead of time and refrigerate the skewers until serving.
