Tender, juicy grilled chicken bites with creamy garlic sauce make the perfect quick dinner or high-protein appetizer. Packed with flavor, these garlic chicken bites are seared to perfection and served with a rich, velvety garlic sauce that will have everyone coming back for seconds.

Ingredients

  • For the Chicken Bites:
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
  • For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken:
In a bowl, toss chicken bites with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Grill the Chicken:
Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken bites for 3–4 minutes on each side or until cooked through and lightly charred. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Bring to a gentle simmer, then add Parmesan cheese. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve:
Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the grilled chicken bites. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
  • This recipe pairs beautifully with roasted vegetables, rice, or pasta.
  • Substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt or coconut cream for a lighter or dairy-free option.
