Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
In a jar, layer 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing at the bottom.
Add cooked and cooled pasta over the dressing.
Top with sliced grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and chopped romaine lettuce.
Add croutons on top just before serving to keep them crunchy.
Seal the jar and refrigerate until ready to eat. Shake before serving or pour into a bowl to mix.
Notes
Use whole wheat pasta for added fiber.
Keep dressing at the bottom to prevent soggy lettuce.
Best enjoyed within 3 days of assembly.
Swap chicken for tofu or chickpeas for a vegetarian option.
