This Hawaiian Roll Garlic Bread is a quick and flavorful twist on traditional garlic bread. Soft, buttery Hawaiian rolls are filled with gooey mozzarella cheese and topped with a savory garlic butter mixture. Perfect as a side dish for any meal!

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian slider rolls
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Place the Hawaiian slider rolls into a 9×13″ baking dish.
  • Make 6 long slits across the rolls, about 1/3 of the way into the top of each roll (do not cut all the way through).
  • Stuff the slits with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the garlic powder, parsley, sea salt, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 9-11 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls begin to brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can add more cheese or other toppings like chopped fresh herbs if desired.
  • For extra crispy edges, you can broil the rolls for an additional minute at the end of baking.
