These Homemade Crunch Bars are a quick and easy no-bake treat made with chocolate, peanut butter, honey, and crispy rice cereal. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth with minimal effort!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 cups crispy rice cereal

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and honey.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  4. Stir in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
  7. Lift the bars out of the dish using the parchment paper or foil overhang. Cut into squares or bars.
