A DIY take on the popular Crunchwrap Supreme, complete with seasoned beef, fresh toppings, and a crispy tortilla wrap. Perfect for a flavorful and satisfying homemade meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 6 small tostada shells (or crunchy tortilla chips)
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning, and prepare according to the packet instructions.
  2. Place a large flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce in the center and add a scoop of the seasoned beef.
  3. Place a tostada shell over the beef, then top with sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Fold the edges of the large tortilla over the fillings, working around the center, to create a sealed wrap.
  5. In a skillet over medium heat, lightly grease with olive oil or cooking spray and cook the wrap seam-side down for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side for another 2–3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, slice in half if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, substitute the beef with black beans or plant-based crumbles.
  • Make sure the tortilla is warm before folding to prevent tearing.
  • You can customize fillings with jalapeños, guacamole, or hot sauce for added flavor.
