This Honey Pineapple Salmon is a flavorful and easy-to-make dish featuring tender salmon fillets glazed with a sweet and tangy mixture of honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sliced pineapple and chopped fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the honey pineapple glaze over the salmon fillets, reserving some for basting.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, basting with the remaining glaze halfway through cooking.
  6. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with sliced pineapple and chopped fresh cilantro if desired.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use fresh pineapple juice for best flavor.
  • You can marinate the salmon in the glaze for 15–30 minutes for deeper flavor.
  • Serve with rice or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
