This Hot Chocolate Lasagna is a dreamy, no-bake layered dessert made with a rich Oreo crust, fluffy hot chocolate cheesecake mousse, chocolate pudding, whipped cream, and marshmallows. It’s the ultimate holiday or party treat that melts in your mouth with every bite!

Ingredients

  • Oreo Crust:
  • 36 Oreo cookies, ground
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Hot Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse Layer:
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 (0.73 oz) envelopes of instant hot cocoa mix
  • 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • Chocolate Pudding Layer:
  • 2 (3.8 oz) chocolate instant pudding mixes
  • 2¾ cups milk
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • Topping:
  • 1¼ cups heavy whipping cream (or 2½ cups prepared whipped cream)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • Chocolate topping or Nutella for drizzling

Instructions

  • Make Crust: Crush Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into 9×13-inch dish and chill.
  • Cheesecake Mousse Layer: Beat butter, cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Separately whip cream with hot cocoa mix. Fold whipped cocoa cream into the cheesecake mixture and spread over crust. Chill.
  • Pudding Layer: Whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened. Fold in mini marshmallows and spread over mousse layer. Chill.
  • Topping: Whip cream with powdered sugar (or use whipped topping). Spread over pudding layer. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  • Finish & Serve: Before serving, top with more marshmallows and drizzle with chocolate or Nutella.

  • Chill time is key—overnight preferred for best texture.
  • You can freeze individual portions for longer storage.
