Hot Honey Feta Chicken is a bold, flavor-packed dish featuring juicy baked chicken smothered with creamy feta and drizzled in sweet-spicy hot honey. Ingredients

  • For the Chicken:
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • For the Feta Topping:
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt (for creaminess)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • For the Hot Honey:
  • ½ cup honey
  • 12 tbsp hot sauce (adjust heat level)
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Prep oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Season chicken: Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Arrange in baking dish.
  • Make feta topping: In a small bowl, mix feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice until creamy but chunky.
  • Bake chicken: Bake chicken for 20–25 minutes (depending on thickness), or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Add feta: In the last 5 minutes of baking, spoon the feta mixture over the chicken. Bake until slightly golden and warmed through.
  • Make hot honey: While chicken bakes, warm honey in a small saucepan. Stir in hot sauce and red pepper flakes. Simmer gently for 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  • Finish & serve: Drizzle hot honey generously over baked chicken. Garnish with fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme) and extra red pepper flakes if desired.
