Ingredients
1 1/2 teaspoons matcha powder
2 tablespoons hot water
1 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
1 tablespoon salted caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
Ice cubes
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder and hot water until smooth and frothy using a matcha whisk or electric frother.
Drizzle salted caramel sauce around the inside of a glass.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Pour the milk over the ice.
Add the matcha mixture on top of the milk.
Drizzle additional salted caramel sauce on top if desired, and stir before drinking.
Notes
You can use any milk you prefer, including almond, oat, soy, or dairy.
Adjust the amount of caramel sauce to your desired sweetness.
To make it vegan, use plant-based milk and a vegan caramel sauce.
