A warm, comforting, non-alcoholic version of Irish Cream Coffee made with instant coffee, cream, and flavorings—perfect for cozy evenings or as an after-dinner treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp instant coffee powder (extra, for flavor)
  • 3/4 cup hot milk
  • Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a cup, dissolve 1 tbsp instant coffee in 2 tbsp hot water.
  2. Add condensed milk, cream, vanilla essence, cocoa powder, and the extra instant coffee powder. Mix well until combined.
  3. Pour in the hot milk and stir to combine thoroughly.
  4. Top with whipped cream if desired.
  5. Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of condensed milk.
  • You can use brewed coffee instead of instant coffee for a richer flavor.
