Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons minced garlic
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, and minced garlic.
Place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably up to 2 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Lightly oil the grill grate.
Remove chicken from marinade and discard remaining marinade.
Grill chicken for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate overnight.
You can substitute olive oil for vegetable oil if preferred.
