4 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Line an 8×8 inch pan with foil or parchment paper and lightly spray with non-stick spray. Set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth (about 1.5 to 2 minutes total).
Stir in vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan using the foil/parchment, cut into squares, and serve.
