These Mango Strawberry Yogurt Parfaits are a healthy, refreshing, and easy-to-make snack or breakfast option made with layers of fresh fruit and creamy Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped fresh mango (about 1 mango)
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Granola, for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the mango and strawberries into small pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey if using, to sweeten.
  3. Start layering the parfaits in serving glasses: begin with a spoonful of yogurt, followed by mango, then more yogurt, then strawberries.
  4. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
  5. Top with granola if desired and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
