Ingredients
1 cup chopped fresh mango (about 1 mango)
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
1½ cups plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Granola, for topping (optional)
Instructions
Wash and chop the mango and strawberries into small pieces.
In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey if using, to sweeten.
Start layering the parfaits in serving glasses: begin with a spoonful of yogurt, followed by mango, then more yogurt, then strawberries.
Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
Top with granola if desired and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
You can use flavored Greek yogurt if you prefer more sweetness or flavor variation.
