Ingredients
2 ripe mangoes
2 limes
A few sprigs of fresh mint
1 tablespoon runny honey (optional)
Ice cubes
500 ml cold water or sparkling water
Instructions
Peel the mangoes, remove the stones and place the flesh into a blender.
Squeeze in the juice of the limes.
Add most of the mint leaves (save some for garnish), honey (if using), and a handful of ice cubes.
Pour in the water or sparkling water.
Blend until smooth.
Serve in glasses over ice and garnish with remaining mint leaves.
Notes
You can adjust the sweetness by adding or skipping the honey depending on how ripe your mangoes are.
For an extra kick, add a small piece of fresh ginger before blending.
Sparkling water adds a fizzy twist, but still water works just as well.
