This simple and quick White Queso Cheese Dip brings the authentic taste of your favorite Mexican restaurant to your home. Made with just four ingredients, it’s ready in 5 minutes, making it the perfect party dip or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • White American cheese
  • Milk (or half and half/evaporated milk)
  • Green chiles
  • Pickled jalapeños

Instructions

  • Cube the white American cheese and place it in a microwave-safe bowl with milk (and optional water). Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring every minute.
  • Stir in green chiles and pickled jalapeños.
  • Serve immediately with tortilla chips or drizzle over Mexican dishes.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less jalapeños.
  • For a thicker dip, use half and half instead of milk.
  • You can also use a slow cooker to make it.
