Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1/2 cup milk
1–2 tablespoons honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
1 to 1 1/2 cups cereal of choice (e.g., Fruity Pebbles, Froot Loops, Cheerios)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and milk. Stir until smooth. Add honey or sweetener if desired.
Gently fold in the cereal, keeping some whole pieces for texture.
Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds, tapping the molds lightly to eliminate air pockets.
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until fully set.
To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
Use any cereal you like, but note that some cereals will soften more than others in the freezer.
For a dairy-free version, use plant-based yogurt and milk.
These are great for meal prep – make a batch ahead for easy grab-and-go mornings.
