This Mint Chocolate Fudge is a no-bake, festive treat made with layers of minty white chocolate and rich milk chocolate. It’s easy to make, beautifully swirled, and perfect for gifting or holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk, divided
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract (adjust to taste)
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch square pan with foil and spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips until mostly softened. Remove from heat and stir in half of the sweetened condensed milk and the mint extract.
  3. Add green food coloring and stir until the mixture is smooth and evenly tinted.
  4. In a separate pan, melt the milk chocolate chips over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  5. Alternately drop spoonfuls of both mixtures into the prepared pan, layering until all of the mixture is used.
  6. Tap the pan gently on the counter to remove air bubbles.
  7. Using a knife or skewer, swirl the mixtures together to create a marbled effect. Smooth the top if needed and tap again to settle.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours or overnight until set.
  9. Once firm, lift the fudge using the foil, peel off the foil, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Notes

  • Use dark chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate for a richer taste.
  • Top with crushed candies like Andes mints for extra texture and flavor.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 2 months.
  • To slice cleanly, dip a knife in hot water, dry, and cut.
  • Food coloring is optional and doesn’t affect the flavor.
