Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz noodles (lo mein, ramen, or spaghetti)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 23 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp oil for cooking

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water to make the sauce.
