This pull-apart Monkey Bread is a deliciously gooey treat made with biscuit dough coated in cinnamon sugar and baked in buttery caramel sauce. Perfect for breakfast or dessert, this quick and simple recipe will be a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 30 oz refrigerated biscuit dough (non-flaky type)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Quarter the biscuit dough and coat pieces in a cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  3. Arrange coated pieces in the pan.
  4. Pour a mixture of melted butter and brown sugar evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes, invert onto a plate, and serve warm.
