These Monster Cookie Balls are a no-bake treat packed with oats, peanut butter, mini M&Ms, and chocolate chips. They’re perfect for snacking, parties, or quick desserts, and come together in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup mini M&Ms
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until fully combined.
  2. Fold in mini M&Ms and mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  3. Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to scoop the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
