A delicious and hearty wrap filled with seasoned ground beef, creamy nacho cheese sauce, and a touch of sour cream, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce (optional)
  • 1 medium tomato, diced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  2. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  4. Pour in the nacho cheese sauce, stirring until the beef is well coated. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and set aside.
  6. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  7. To assemble, spread sour cream in the center of each tortilla, then spoon the beef and cheese mixture onto the tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomato if desired.
  8. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra spice, add sliced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
  • These wraps can be made ahead and reheated for a quick lunch.
  • Swap out beef for ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
