This No-Bake Ferrero Rocher Dessert is a quick, delicious, and easy-to-make treat. Packed with the rich flavors of hazelnut, chocolate, and cream, this dessert brings the indulgence of Ferrero Rocher chocolates into a creamy, no-bake form. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 12 Ferrero Rocher chocolates (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Nutella or hazelnut spread
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts (optional, for garnish)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Prepare the base: In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers (or digestive biscuits) and melted butter. Stir until well mixed and the crumbs are evenly coated.
  • Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a pie dish or individual serving cups. Use the back of a spoon to compact the crumbs. Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
  • Make the filling: In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. In another bowl, mix together the Nutella and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold the Nutella mixture into the whipped cream gently, until completely combined and smooth.
  • Assemble the dessert: Spoon the Nutella and cream mixture on top of the chilled graham cracker base, spreading evenly. Place the Ferrero Rocher chocolates on top of the dessert, either whole or chopped into halves or quarters.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours (or overnight) to set.
  • Garnish: Before serving, garnish with additional chopped hazelnuts and extra Ferrero Rocher chocolates if desired.

Notes

  • If you prefer a more decadent dessert, drizzle extra Nutella on top before serving.
