A creamy, no-bake pistachio tiramisu layered with delicate flavors of mascarpone, coffee-soaked biscuits, and nutty pistachio richness. This elegant dessert is perfect for entertaining or a refined sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pistachio paste
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfinger biscuits
  • 1/4 cup crushed pistachios
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pistachio paste until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pistachio mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
  4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee and arrange a layer in a serving dish.
  5. Spread half of the pistachio cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining cream.
  7. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, garnish with crushed pistachios and a light dusting of cocoa powder if desired.

Notes

  • Chill overnight for best flavor and texture.
  • Do not soak ladyfingers too long to avoid sogginess.
  • Substitute pistachio paste with finely ground pistachios blended with a little oil if unavailable.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
