This No-Bake Tiramisu Cheesecake combines the rich flavors of classic tiramisu with the creamy texture of cheesecake—without the need for an oven! A luscious mascarpone cheesecake filling sits atop a coffee-soaked ladyfinger crust, finished with a dusting of cocoa powder. It’s the perfect elegant yet effortless dessert for coffee lovers!

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 200g (7 oz) ladyfingers, crushed
  • ¼ cup (60g) melted butter
  • 2 tbsp brewed espresso

For the Filling:

  • 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz (225g) mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp instant espresso powder (dissolved in 2 tbsp hot water)
  • 1 ½ cups (360ml) heavy whipping cream

For Topping:

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • Chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    • Mix crushed ladyfingers with melted butter and espresso.
    • Press firmly into a springform pan and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
    • Beat cream cheese, mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
    • Add the dissolved espresso and mix well.
    • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Assemble & Chill:
    • Spread the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
    • Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Finish & Serve:
    • Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and add chocolate shavings if desired.
    • Slice and enjoy!
