4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups vegetable broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add pasta, vegetable broth, and heavy cream to the pot. Stir to combine.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked and liquid has reduced.
