These easy-to-make Orange Creamsicle Cookies are soft, chewy, and packed with orange flavor, resembling the classic creamsicle treat! Using cake mix and cream cheese, they’re quick to prepare and loaded with white chocolate chips for an extra indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp orange extract
  • 1 box orange cake mix
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Orange food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • Beat butter, cream cheese, egg, and orange extract until smooth.
  • Add the cake mix and mix well. If desired, add orange food coloring.
  • Stir in the white chocolate chips.
  • Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
  • Roll dough into balls, then coat in powdered sugar.
  • Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 12-13 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
