1 package (3 oz) orange-flavored gelatin mix
1 cup cottage cheese
1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the orange gelatin mix and cottage cheese, stirring until fully mixed.
Gently fold in the drained mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple.
