Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup flour (almond flour or oat flour)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease or line an 8-inch square baking pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients until smooth and fully combined.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
  • Cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.

Notes

  • For extra indulgence, swirl in more peanut butter or sprinkle chocolate chips on top before baking.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for longer shelf life.
  • Use oat flour for a nut-free, gluten-free option (if using seed butter instead of peanut butter).
