Ingredients
8 medjool dates (pitted)
8 teaspoons peanut butter (1 tsp for each date)
8 teaspoons chia jam (1 tsp for each date)
dark chocolate (chopped)
Instructions
Prepare chia jam according to your preferred recipe and set aside.
If the dates still contain pits, slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit. Place the dates on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate.
Fill the center of each date with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter.
Add 1 teaspoon of chia jam on top of the peanut butter in each date.
Sprinkle chopped dark chocolate over the filled dates and serve immediately.
Notes
Use natural peanut butter for the best flavor and texture.
Any nut or seed butter can be substituted for peanut butter.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
