- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the oats until evenly distributed.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
