This Peanut Butter Pie is a decadent dessert made with a rich, smooth peanut butter filling in a buttery graham cracker crust, topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. Perfect for peanut butter lovers, it’s a simple and delightful no-bake dessert!

Ingredients

  • For the Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 1214 graham crackers, crushed)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • For the Peanut Butter Filling:
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • For the Topping:
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (or chocolate syrup for drizzling)

Instructions

  • Make the Crust:
  • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Stir in the melted butter until everything is evenly mixed.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish, making sure it’s evenly spread out across the bottom and up the sides to form a crust. Place it in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
  • Prepare the Peanut Butter Filling:
  • In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter and softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt, and beat until well combined and the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Assemble the Pie:
  • Take the chilled graham cracker crust from the fridge and fill it with the peanut butter mixture. Spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  • Return the pie to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the filling to set.
  • Make the Whipped Cream Topping:
  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently spread or pipe the whipped cream over the chilled peanut butter filling.
  • Add Chocolate Drizzle:
  • If using chocolate chips, melt them in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the whipped cream topping or drizzle chocolate syrup over the top for a simpler option.
  • Serve and Enjoy:
  • Slice and serve this creamy peanut butter pie as a perfect treat for peanut butter lovers!

Notes

  • This pie can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
  • For extra texture, you can mix in some chopped peanuts or add a layer of fudge sauce beneath the peanut butter filling.
  • If you prefer a thicker crust, you can press the crust mixture up the sides of the pie dish a little more or even double the crust recipe.
