A warm and creamy dip made with a blend of cheeses, topped with sweet and spicy pepper jelly. Perfect for parties or as a savory snack.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces sharp cheddar, shredded
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion flakes
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 7 ounces pepper jelly

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion flakes, and salt until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture into an oven-safe dish or pie pan.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and hot.
  5. While the dip is baking, microwave the pepper jelly in a microwave-safe container in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Once the cheese dip is baked, pour the melted pepper jelly over the top and spread evenly.
  7. Serve warm with crackers, chips, or bread.

Notes

  • You can use red or green pepper jelly depending on your flavor preference.
  • For extra spice, use hot pepper jelly or add a pinch of chili flakes.
  • This dip can also be prepared ahead and baked just before serving.
