This cinnamon mocktail is a warming and cozy non-alcoholic drink perfect for the colder months. Made with fresh orange juice, apple juice, and infused with cinnamon and star anise, it’s flavorful, fragrant, and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 star anise (optional)
  • Ice to serve
  • Orange slices and cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place orange juice, apple juice, water, cinnamon stick, and star anise (if using) into a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and let it infuse for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Strain the mixture and pour over a glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with orange slices and a cinnamon stick if desired. Serve and enjoy!
