  • 4 tortilla wraps (flour or whole wheat)
  • 1 cup lettuce or spinach
  • 1 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or your choice)

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: avocado slices, pickles, or coleslaw

Instructions

  2. Lay each wrap flat and spread a thin layer of your chosen sauce.
  3. Add a layer of lettuce or spinach as the base.
  4. Place a generous amount of pulled chicken over the greens.
  5. Top with sliced tomatoes, red onions, and shredded cheese.
  6. Add any optional ingredients like avocado or pickles.
  7. Season with salt and pepper if needed.

Notes

  • Use leftover or rotisserie chicken for a quicker prep.
  • Customize with different sauces or veggies to suit your taste.
  • For meal prep, keep wet ingredients separate to prevent sogginess.
  • Do not freeze assembled wraps; only freeze the chicken if needed.
