Ingredients
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 frozen banana
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added fiber)
1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender: pumpkin puree, frozen banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, vanilla extract, chia seeds (if using), and ice cubes.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more milk to thin if necessary.
