These Quick No-Bake Salted Caramel Pretzel Bars are a perfect sweet and salty treat. Made with crunchy pretzels, gooey caramel, and rich chocolate, they’re easy to make and require no oven time!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups pretzels
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Flaky sea salt, for topping

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper and spread the pretzels evenly in the bottom.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and brown sugar together, stirring constantly until it starts to boil.
  3. Let it boil for 3-4 minutes without stirring to create the caramel.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Immediately pour the caramel over the pretzels, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes (optional to help set the caramel).
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top. Let sit for 2-3 minutes to melt.
  8. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the caramel layer.
  9. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until set, then cut into bars.

Notes

  • You can customize with peanut butter chips or white chocolate chips.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
  • Make sure to use parchment paper for easy removal.
