Savor the classic flavors of a Reuben sandwich in bite-sized roll ups! These quick and delicious Reuben Roll Ups feature rye bread filled with corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and tangy Thousand Island dressing, perfect for parties, snacks, or game day.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices rye bread, crusts removed
  • 8 oz sliced corned beef
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and patted dry
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup Thousand Island dressing

Instructions

  • Flatten each slice of rye bread with a rolling pin.
  • Spread about 1 tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing over each slice.
  • Layer corned beef, sauerkraut, and a slice of Swiss cheese on each bread slice.
  • Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
