Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp rose water
  • 1 cup brewed strong tea or coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfinger biscuits
  • 2 tbsp rose syrup
  • Dried edible rose petals (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and rose water until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until combined.
  4. Mix the cooled tea or coffee with rose syrup in a shallow dish.
  5. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the liquid and layer them in a serving dish.
  6. Spread a layer of the mascarpone cream over the soaked ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with cream on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  9. Garnish with dried rose petals before serving.

  • Do not oversoak the ladyfingers to prevent sogginess.
  • Adjust rose water to taste for a stronger or milder floral flavor.
  • Chill overnight for best texture and flavor.
