These Sausage Egg & Cheese Roll-Ups are the perfect low-carb, high-protein breakfast or brunch option. Easy to make and packed with flavor, these roll-ups combine savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and melted cheese for a quick grab-and-go meal. Ideal for keto, gluten-free, and busy morning routines.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 breakfast sausage links (fully cooked)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or cooking spray

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
  • Pour in a portion of the egg mixture to form a thin layer (like a crepe). Cook for 1-2 minutes until set, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds. Repeat with remaining egg mixture to make 4 wraps.
  • Lay a slice of cheese over each egg wrap while still warm so it melts slightly.
  • Place one sausage link at the end of each wrap and roll up tightly.
  • Serve warm or store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.
